By accessing or using Riibon's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Riibon provides AI-powered advertising analytics and managed advertising services for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our services or attempt to access them using unauthorized methods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Riibon and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Riibon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.

8. Riibon Talk and Talk Pro

Riibon Talk is free for dictation, and signing in is optional. Signed-in accounts can use AI clean-up five times free.

Talk Pro is a subscription for more AI clean-up, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel. Each month of Talk Pro includes a clean-up allowance sized for everyday use; Talk shows how much of it you have used, and if you use it all, clean-up pauses until the allowance renews on the date shown.

You can cancel at any time from “Manage Talk Pro” in the Talk menu. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, we refund that payment in full, automatically, and Talk Pro ends then. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Talk Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Clean-up sends the text you choose to our AI provider to be rewritten; our Privacy Policy explains what is sent and what we keep. Payments are processed by Stripe.
